Branch Manager – Groundcare Machinery & Golf Course Equipment – West Lothian, Scotland

THE JOB VACANCY:

This Branch Manager job vacancy will be working for a major manufacturer of Groundcare Machinery & Golf Course Equipment and will involve selling this fantastic brand of machinery and equipment directly to end user customers within the Golf sector throughout the sales territory of Scotland. As a Branch Manager, you’ll have the independence of running your own branch ensuring profitability, managing and exceeding customer expectations as a matter of routine and keeping colleagues and customers safe. Using your coaching and mentoring skills, you will be responsible for motivating and identifying training for the staff within your team and improving branch standards. You will promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets and to enhance customer service. THE CANDIDATE:

  • Sales experience in the Golf / Grounds sector is essential.
  • Must possess strong management skills and be used to managing a small team.
  • You will need to display good oral and written communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels including good time management, presentation and reporting skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Excellent basic salary of circa £46k basic + up to 20% bonus potential + company vehicle and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
