Branch Manager – Groundcare Machinery – East Sussex – Salary to £50,000 + Bonus (Circa £12,000) + Vehicle + Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Package!
THE JOB:
Working for a major supplier of Groundcare Machinery supplying this fantastic brand of machinery and equipment directly to customers throughout the South East of England.
Due to promotion, we are seeking a Branch Manager who will have the independence of running their own branch; ensuring profitability, managing and exceeding customer expectations as a matter of routine and keeping colleagues and customers safe.
Using your coaching and mentoring skills, you will be responsible for motivating and identifying training for the staff within your team and improving branch standards.
You will promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets and to enhance customer service.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Team management and leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship development skills.
• An excellent communicator.
• A can-do attitude and a proactive manager.
• Solution focused.
• Commercially minded.
• Experience of manging a budget.
• Target focussed with a track record in achieving sales targets.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Trailer licence would be desirable.
THE PACKAGE:
Excellent basic salary of circa £50,000 + £12,000 circa bonus + company vehicle + Fuel Card + 25 days holiday + definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
