Breeding Advisor / Sales – Cheshire & N Wales - Basic Salary Circa £20,000 + 10% Commission (OTE £50,000+) + Generous Mileage Allowance + Ongoing Support and Training
The Job and Company:
This Breeding Advisor is working for a well-respected company within the genetics industry that are looking to recruit for the Cheshire & North Wales Region.
The successful candidate will travel around the region visiting farms, to assess the customers needs for a breeding programme; to advise the best use of the company's products and services to meet breeding targets.
The ideal candidate will have a practical background in dairy or beef cattle breeding and livestock husbandry, good IT skills, a full UK driving license, ideally have previous experience in a customer facing role.
This would be an ideal opportunity for either someone with a practical dairy farming background to break into technical sales (perhaps a milk recorder currently?), or a candidate currently selling products or services direct to farm wishing to maximise their overall total earnings with the higher than average (and uncapped) commission levels.
The Candidate:
Practical farming experience
Good IT skills
Experience in a customer facing role
Full Driving licence and vehicle
Motivated and driven to succeed
A good communicator and relationship builder
The Package:
Basic Salary Circa £20,000 + 10% Commission (OTE £50,000+) + Generous Mileage Allowance + Ongoing Support and Training.
