The Position:
This Business Development Manager - Genomics / Genetics – Scotland job vacancy will be working for a major provider of genomics / genetics testing and contract services for beef and dairy herds. Covering the sales territory of Scotland, you will be selling their genomics solutions/contracts for agricultural food safety to government agencies, breeds & societies, artificial insemination companies, major breeding companies, breed associations etc. This is a highly-varied role, working for an international market leader with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression!
The Company:
A major provider of genomics / genetics testing and contract services for beef and dairy herds.
The Candidate:
· Successful and proven sales background within agricultural genetics OR has a strong understanding / technical background in molecular biology / genomics / genetics.
· Able to be based commutable to their Scottish office.
· Excellent provider of customer service.
· Great relationship builder.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience circa £40k-£55k basic plus superb commission structure and highly enviable full benefits package, 25 days holiday, car, etc. Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
