Business Development Manager - Machinery – South Region – Basic salary to circa £46,000 + Bonus Circa £10,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Full benefits package!
THE JOB:
Working for a major machinery company, who are experiencing fantastic business growth and are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager for the South (England) region.
Working from home, ideally based below the Cotswolds area; the successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing a capital machinery dealer network within the agricultural, groundcare or construction sectors.
You will be commercially minded, with an aptitude for capitalising on any new opportunities, with the proven ability to close a deal!
You will be an accomplished sales person, target focussed and a can-do attitude. Very people orientated with a consultative approach and a exceptional communication skills.
This really is a fantastic role with a market leading company, where there are great opportunities for ongoing career progression!

THE CANDIDATE:
• Proven success in capital machinery sales (Agriculture, Groundcare, Construction etc).
• Experience of dealer development and management.
• Excellent communicator, with the skills to challenge as well as lead.
• Structured approach, system driven and confident IT user.
• Full UK Driving Licence
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary to circa £46,000 + Bonus Circa £10,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Full benefits package!
