Curriculum & Leadership Manager – Agri-Food – South East UK
THE JOB VACANCY:
Working for one of the UK’s leading agricultural colleges, this Curriculum & Leadership Manager – Agriculture & Food Division (South East UK) job vacancy is an exciting opportunity to shape and further develop the needs of tomorrow’s agriculturalists and wider food sector employees. Reporting to the Head of Faculty, you will lead a dedicated team delivering the best possible experience to students through consistently good and outstanding teaching standards and services, also working closely with the management team of their successful commercial farm. You must be an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about learning.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a dynamic team and have extensive specialist knowledge of the Agri-food sector along with relevant professional and teaching qualifications. An excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills, the successful applicant will be an inspiring leader with a sound understanding of budget management.
THE PACKAGE:
A highly attractive rewards package, with a starting basic salary of circa £40,000 basic + a great range of benefits including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, membership of the teachers’ pension scheme, childcare voucher scheme and free on-site parking. Management Development opportunities are available as well as the opportunity to continue with relevant continuous professional development.
