Dairy Farm Liaison Officer (Graduate / Junior) – Manchester and surrounding areas– Salary Circa £22,000 - £25,000 + Benefits + Opportunities to progress!!
THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for either a recent graduate (agriculture related) with a level of practical dairy farm experience, or a candidate currently working on a dairy farm, looking for progression. This position will be the ‘eyes on the ground’, visiting dairy farms in the region and will be a key link of milk supply from farm to factory.
Office based near Manchester, with travel to farms in the Greater Manchester and surrounding counties. This position will include visiting farms, milk testing, building good working relationships with milk producers, and reporting to the commercial team. Your office-based time will involve working with the commercial team, dealing with suppliers via email and phone and arranging visits.
You will be an enthusiastic, dedicated and driven individual, who enjoys the challenges of multi-site working and who takes pride in individual, team and company achievements.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous Dairy Farm experience is essential.
- Educated in Agriculture related subject would be an advantage.
- Experience of milk sampling would be an advantage.
- Be a good communicator.
- Confident with Microsoft office software.
- A good relationship builder!
- Enthusiastic, motivated and tenacious.
- A full UK driving licence.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + benefits package + Opportunities to progress!!
