We are seeking a visionary Director with an Agricultural Business Consultancy background to lead a dynamic team.
Covering a broad swath of the UK, you'll bring your own client portfolio and spearhead business development initiatives. Your role will involve crafting strategic business plans, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the operational and financial aspects of their consulting ventures. With two direct reports, you'll guide consultants in the field, ensuring excellence in service delivery. We seek individuals with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for seizing opportunities, and a passion for the agricultural landscape.
