Engineering Manager (Field and Workshop based) – Oxfordshire Based – Basic Salary to £57,000 depending on experience + Bonus + Vehicle + Up to 41 Days Holiday + Excellent Company Benefits Package!!
THE JOB:
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a time served Heavy plant engineer with experience of managing a team.
Heading up the workshop and field service team, delivering a first-class support service to sites based around the M40 corridor in Oxfordshire.
You will lead a small team of remote engineers and supervisors. You will be responsible for coordinating resources (including staffing and contracting), and be the primary contact for all short-term maintenance and service requirements.
We would welcome any applicant with either an agricultural or military background (engineering), or similar.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Be an experienced agricultural, heavy plant or HGV engineer (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
• Have excellent communication skills and customer facing experience
• Team management experience
• Able to think on their feet! Reactive and a great problem solver
• Adopt a ‘can do’ attitude and approach to work
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be able to work within, motivate and manage a team
• Have a Full UK Driving Licence
• Be able to travel between sites
THE PACKAGE:
• Basic Salary to £57,000 (depending on experience)
