Environment, Safety and Compliance Project Manager – Waste Management Sector - M40 / M25 Area – Salary to £44,000 + £2,250 Bonus + Enhanced pension & Excellent Benefits Package + Up to 41 Days holiday!!!
THE JOB:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with the primary aim to support the Regional Operations Manager, assessing safety and compliance at various waste sites, liaising with the compliance department, managing training plans for operational staff and recommending operational improvements to promote and drive consistency across the business.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager you will support and facilitate project development and continuous improvement within the organisation.
You will be passionate about operational improvement, recording, reporting and general compliance.
The ideal candidate will be located on the M40 or M25 corridors.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Operational waste / renewables sector experience.
• Analytical, process driven with an eye for detail.
• An innovative and solution orientated candidate.
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence.
• Good team player & communicator.
• Proficient user of MS Office software, particularly Excel.
• NEBOSH or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Waste industry regulatory knowledge or qualifications would be an advantage.
• EPOC certificate would be an advantage.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary to £44,000 + £2,250 Bonus + Enhanced pension & Excellent Benefits Package + Up to 41 Days holiday!!! (including bank holidays) !!!
