Farm Manager
Location: Suffolk
Arable Farm Manager – Suffolk – Salary to £60,000 pa + Accommodation (3 bed house with swimming pool) + Company Car.
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Arable Farm Manager, leading a team of 50+ staff.
You will have experience in potato and onion crops. Possess good technical knowledge of soil nutrition, irrigation systems and crop management to optimise quality and yield.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, reporting on farm performance and crop yields. Good attention to detail and record keeping.
The Candidate:
Proven experience in Arable farm management.
Crop experience in potatoes & onions is preferable - cultivation, crop management, and harvest.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in an agricultural setting.
Valid driver's license.
