Farm Manager – Shropshire – Competitive Salary + Great Bonus & Excellent Benefits Package!
The Job Role:
This ‘hands on’ Farm Manager is working for a highly prestigious crop solutions company, running trail sites within the central region.
You will be an experienced Farm Manager (or have extensive practical experience as an Assistant Farm Manager and seeking the next step on the career ladder). Practical farm experience of Cereals, Potatoes, Oilseed Rape and Vegetables.
You will have practical experience of precision farming equipment and technology, be competent in the operation of all farm equipment, safe working practices and hold spraying certificates.

The Candidate:
- Qualified to degree level in a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience (Agronomy, Farm Management etc).
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- PA1, PA2, PA4, and PA6 - NPTC Certificate.
- Competent in the operation of farm machinery.
- BASIS (Plant Protection), would be an advantage.
- English – Written and spoken to business level.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
