Farm Office Manager – Kent – To £30,000 Dependant on experience.

The Job Vacancy:

This Farm Office Manager job vacancy is working for a family run, fresh produce farm and packhouse operation based in Kent.

You will support the farming team with payroll, administrative tasks, compliance and Health and Safety support, oversee and coordinate the planning and administrative function in all areas, whilst also contributing to the successful growth and development of business. You will also be responsible for labour planning and monitoring for their farm sites.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• A practical, hands on Manager with a can-do attitude.
• Highly motivated.
• Must have excellent IT skills and be proficient user of HR, Payroll and Microsoft packages.
• Excellent communicator.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Confident and highly organised.

The Package:

A highly competitive salary up to £30,000 is offered!!!
