THE ROLE:
We are working in the County of Kent, with a commercial and highly prestigious business that are looking to recruit a Farming/Agriculture County Adviser to act as the face of the business throughout Kent and support the local farmers and agricultural businesses to ensure that they are kept up to date with the latest developments with agricultural/horticultural policy and supply chain issues, and provide them with continued advice and support. This role will initially be a 1 year contract, however there is the potential to develop into a permanent role.

THE CANDIDATE:
- A strong background in farming/agriculture.
- Management experience would be highly beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural and rural policy issues.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt content and style to a wide range of diverse audiences.
- Strong influencer.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Good I.T. knowledge
THE PACKAGE:
£32,241 basic, car, 25 days holiday and excellent overall benefits package, as well as ongoing training will be provided.
