THE ROLE:
This Feed Additives Technical Support Coordinator position is with a leading and highly prestigious and well thought of UK manufacturer of animal feed additives. This is an office based technical coordinator role and would suit Nutrition/Animal Science graduate or someone looking for their first move. The role will be providing technical and commercial support to Feed Additives and Monogastric Teams throughout the UK, by dealing with day to day contact and queries with customers, routine formulation support to customers, technical advice re feed additives to colleagues and customers – as experience develops. This really is for someone looking to progress their career and develop into a technical sales role. This is an extremely prestigious company to work for, with great plans for the future that you can be an instrumental part of.
THE COMPANY:
A well-established UK, ruminant feed additive manufacturer and distributor.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of feed industry and livestock production is an advantage
- Graduate in Agricultural or Animal Science discipline preferable
- Good organisational skills
- Good communicator at all levels within organisation/customers
- Motivated and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Results focussed with good negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel – potential customer visits
- Looking to develop to technical sales role
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Salary circa £22,000 – £25,000 pa, very much depends on experience. Plus fantastic overall benefits package and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
