THE JOB:

Due to continuous growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join the management team at a beautiful fruit farm in Berkshire!
Your main responsibilities will include managing seasonal workers, creating rotas, dealing with absences, training requirements, time management, quality control, health and safety, daily briefings and welfare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the perfect candidate to learn and grow within this progressive business.
