Field Sales Manager – Agricultural Spare Parts - Dorset
The Position:
This Field Sales Manager – Agricultural Spare Parts – Dorset job vacancy is working for a large independent manufacturer of agricultural spare parts and components. This agricultural spare parts company pride themselves on their high-quality parts and excellent service levels. They are now looking to strengthen their UK sales team and are looking for an experienced agricultural sales professional to be based in the South West of England to cover the sales territory of Dorset (covering Southampton, Salisbury and Chichester Area). Your role will be to sell direct to farmers and farming related businesses, servicing an already established customer base, maintaining it and growing it in line with company expectations. You should be self-motivated and results orientated, with a desire to set your own high standards and an ability to assess your own performance. This is not a 9-5 role as you will have your own substantial customer base, and will need to possess both initiative and flexibility to meet the requirements of your customers. There is great variety in the working day so you need to be able to communicate at all levels and across a diverse range of customers. There is fantastic training and opportunities to progress!
The Company:

The Candidate:
Agricultural sales experience.
Based within the sales territory of Dorset or within close proximity to the area.

The Package:
Circa £25k - £27K Basic – depending upon sales experience + fantastic bonus) + Car + pension + healthcare + great career progression opportunities!
