Field Trials Manager - Fruit – Kent Area – £20,000 - £30,000 + Other Benefits!!
The Opportunity:
THE ROLE:
My client is a successful agronomy company, located throughout the UK. Seeking an experienced Trials Manager to add to their Agronomy team. You will oversee and lead the full management of commercial trials for internal and external customers.
Based in Kent, with occasional travel, the candidate should have academic and practical experience in Field Trials, as the role will involve tendering, creating protocols, application of trials, analysing data and summarising data and communicating it to customers. An excellent opportunity for someone looking for a technical and interesting role, with previous experience within a commercial trials environment.
The Candidate:
- We are looking for candidates who have worked in agriculture and have a good understanding of the sector.
- Must possess some experience in commercial field trials.
- Ability to build outstanding professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A high level of initiative with strong planning and organisational skills.
- High standard of numeracy and literacy and good attention to detail.
