Field Trials Station Manager – Gloucestershire – Salary to £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits Package
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity with a global market leader, seeking a Field Trials Station Manager for an arable and forage breeding site in Gloucestershire.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage the breeding trials programme and the site facility. This is a highly varied role, with work both out on the field and also within the laboratory.
Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial as the successful candidate will manage a team of approx. 10 staff.
There will be the need to travel to other sites occasionally, including European travel.

The Candidate:
• Previous experience of managing field trials.
• A practical agriculture background.
• Experience with arable and/or forage crops would be a strong preference.
• Experience of managing and leading a team.
• Qualified to degree level in a related discipline.
• Further professional qualifications would be an advantage.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Hold a valid passport.
The Package:
Basic Salary to £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Car + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Private Healthcare + Pension.
