Forklift & Yard Operative (Agricultural) – South Yorkshire – £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a farming or warehouse background to join this rapidly growing, successful family run business. Based in South Yorkshire, this role will involve operating forklift machinery and telehandlers which form part of a fast-paced packaging operation.
A unique opportunity for the perfect candidate with a knowledge and passion for farming to ‘carve-out’ their role within the business with massive potential for future career development!
The Candidate:
· Telehandler and forklift experience essential.
· Machine maintenance/breakdown recovery/service would be beneficial.
· Able to work under own initiative.
· Good attention to detail – quality control.
· Effective verbal communicator.
· Manual lifting.
· Running and operating a drying plant.
· Team leading experience desired.
· UK driving licence.
Typical working hours:
Mon - Fri 07:00 – 17:00 (some flexibility required)
The Package:
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience. Monday to Friday hours, family run business + fantastic opportunity for career development!!
