Fresh Produce Field Supervisor – South East England. Salary Circa £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + accommodation available if required + ongoing training and opportunities for career progression!
The Job Vacancy:
This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent Field Supervisor, based on a fruit farm in SE England, producing first class quality produce for the major supermarkets.
The successful candidate, will oversee the day to day operations on site - planting, growing and harvest of the crops (Field and glasshouse). You will work closely with the Farm Manager, technical and operations team; manage the seasonal and permanent field staff to collectively achieve high levels of operational efficiency, yield and excellent quality produce.
Note - This vacancy is open to candidates based within the UK or further afield, with the right experience.
The Candidate:
- Experience of working with fresh produce - soft fruit would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Experience of budgets.
- An excellent communicator at all levels.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- Full UK Driving licence.
The Package:
Salary £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + accommodation available if required + ongoing training and opportunities for career progression!
