General Farm Workers – Ontario, Canada.
Good Rates of Pay + Accommodation + Health Insurance + Pension + Airfare to Canada.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a new life in the beautiful Ontario Region of Canada. My client is looking for candidates who are interested in long term, permanent employment.
These roles are for General Farm Workers to join this thriving Mushroom farming and packing facility. My client is seeking candidates with previous experience of picking and packing fruit or vegetables (mushrooms would be an advantage), initially on a 2-year work permit, with the opportunity to extend.
Our partner company will assist the successful applicants through the process in applying for work permits and will support and applications for permanent residence after 2 years.
Please note – this opportunity is offered to single applicants (workers only) and family relocation would be later if residency is pursued.
Candidates from all areas are encouraged to apply (with the relevant experience) - Candidates from Eastern Europe are considered desirable due to the similar climate in Canada.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of packing store machinery would be an advantage.
- Experience of quality checking harvest and packing for customers.
- Used to working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and climates.
- Demonstrates good health and safety conduct in the workplace.
- Able to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business.
- A good team player.
The Package:
Canadian Dollars up to $17 / Hour. 40-60 Hours per week. Shared accommodation offered at a subsidised rate + Health Insurance + Pension + Airfare to Canada provided + Work Permit Cost Covered.
