General Manager – Cambridgeshire
The Job Vacancy:
This General Manager job vacancy is working for a major UK agricultural company based at the Head Office in Cambridgeshire. They sell a range of farming supplies throughout the UK. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be required to manage a multi-skilled and diverse team, deliver manageable and consistent business growth, and offer unrivalled customer service and support. Exceptional people skills and a customer centred approach to business growth will be essential, with a good knowledge of business operations. The Company:
A major UK agricultural company
The Candidate:
· Experienced and proven success in a management role e.g. Service Manager / Sales Manager / Operations Manager.
· Able to be based from the office in Cambridgeshire.
· Ideally from an agribusiness background, although not essential.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· A do-er rather than just a delegator!
· Excellent customer relation skills.
The Package:
A highly competitive starting salary is offered, circa £60,000 - £80,000 basic, as well a superb benefits package, etc,
