Job description
THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting exclusively for a Sales Manager for a prestigious farming supplies business in Lancashire. As a role that has come about due to succession planning, within a year (once fully trained and integrated into this successful business) this role will replace the current General Manager of the business. The role will involve managing a team of 22 people of various job functions, so you will need to be commutable to their Lancashire office. You will also spend time visiting farm customers and increasing sales of their whole range of farm products, including animal feed and fertiliser products.

THE CANDIDATE:

Agricultural sales experience.

Commutable to Lancashire. (North West based)

Highly enthusiastic.

Ability to manage a large team, whilst also business develop.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic (dependent upon experience). Benefits: Bonus, Excellent training scheme, benefits package, company car, pension and definite opportunities for long-term career progression.
