Gap Year Design & Support Engineer - Leicestershire - £25,000 Excellent Employment Package
THE JOB ROLE
Whilst training will be given to the successful candidate, an understanding of modern agricultural machinery would be beneficial. However, an understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical systems as well as being able to proficiently use the Solid Works CAD drawing & electrical programmes is essential. Strong interpersonal skills as well as a reliable work ethic is a key requirement.

- A good working knowledge of Solid Works CAD drawing & electrical programmes
- An understand of the lean manufacturing process.
- Have an operational understand of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical systems.
- Have a quality driven mindset with an appreciation of continuous improvement.
- Be comfortable working within a team.
- Be computer literate.
- Be able to absorb new information.
- Be a good communicator with honesty and integrity.
- Be prepared to work beyond standard hours to meet business requirements.
- Have the personal drive to succeed with a ‘can do, must do’ attitude.
- Have pride in your personal appearance with an ability to communicate with all levels of our business.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
