THE ROLE:
This Growing Manager role is with a major grower of horticultural products. Based in South Wales, the role will involve managing the entire growing site, so an understanding of this is essential. You will be managing a glasshouse dedicated to intensive growing using advanced tabletop substrate systems. Reporting into the Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring, supporting, enthusing and developing the glasshouse team to continually improve the business processes and results, their own abilities, and the capacity of the business. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of achievement and professionalism at all times, so that the glasshouse remains a market leader in UK soft fruit production. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- An experienced grower.
- Commutable to South Wales or happy to relocate (accommodation is an option).
- Great commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be a Problem solver.

THE PACKAGE:
Highly competitive basic salary on offer circa £30,000 - £40,000 basic! Plus performance related bonuses, pension, accommodation (if required), loyalty scheme, private health etc
