The Job:
We’re looking for a hands on Harvest Supervisor to support the smooth running of day to day operations during the busy picking season. You’ll be overseeing teams harvesting soft fruit and asparagus (including strawberries), ensuring quality and productivity are maintained throughout. You’ll manage a rotating shift pattern (no night work required), ensuring targets are met and that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

The Company:
Our client is a long established and respected grower of premium soft fruits and asparagus, operating in the heart of the New Forest region. Known for their focus on sustainable farming and employee welfare, they supply to major retailers and local outlets across the UK.

The Candidate:
- Experience supervising harvest teams within horticulture or fresh produce
- Knowledge of soft fruit and/or asparagus is preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced seasonal environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Able to work a flexible rotating shift pattern (no nights)
