The Job:
A confidential client within the agricultural sector is seeking Hatchery Operatives for roles based in South Central, Northern England, and the East Midlands. You’ll be involved in the incubation and hatching process, egg handling, chick processing, and strict hygiene compliance.

The Candidate:
- Knowledge or willingness to learn hatchery processes – including egg handling, incubation, and chick grading
- Attention to hygiene and biosecurity – essential for preventing disease and ensuring healthy chick production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment – including early starts and occasional weekend shifts.
