Herdsman / Stock worker – Scotland - £21,500 - £24,000 + Bonus + Opportunities to progress!!
The Job:
Our client operates one of the largest pig rearing operations in the UK, and due to continued growth are seeking Stock-worker’s for the day to day care and husbandry of the stock. Applicants at all levels of experience and invited to apply as several positions are available to support their continued expansion. The main outdoor pig breeding units are in the Moray Area, with expansion planned into Perthshire and Fife. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with great long term career prospects and opportunities to progress.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience working with livestock desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in working outside in a rural environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good team working skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Reliable and Punctual
- Determined and resilient, with the drive to complete tasks
The Package:
£21,500 - £24,000 (dependant on experience) + Generous Quarterly Performance Bonus
