Horticulture Sales Account Manager
Horticulture Sales Account Manager – Greater Lincoln - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Job:
You’ll manage a portfolio of horticulture customers, providing specialist advice on ornamentals and forestry crops, crop protection, and nutrition. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, developing new opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.

The Candidate:
- Strong horticulture background (ornamentals and/or forest nurseries)
- Knowledge of crop protection products and chemical inputs (BASIS/FACTS desirable)
- Industry network and relationship-focused sales approach
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with ability to travel
- Full UK driving licence B2B sales experience and BASIS/FACTS qualifications desirable but not essential — training available
The Package:
- £35,000–£45,000 + performance-based bonus
