Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager – Animal Health Products – Scotland – £50,000 + Bonus + Car + Fuel Card + Benefits

An established and well-respected business in the agricultural sector is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth of its animal health product range through retail and distribution partners across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, customer-focused company with a strong reputation for quality and service.
The Job:
As Key Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage sales of animal health products through agricultural retailers, merchants, and distributors
- Build lasting relationships with trade partners, offering expert guidance on product positioning, promotions, and technical information
- Deliver commercial targets through proactive territory planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Act as the trusted technical liaison between the business and its channel partners, supporting both commercial and technical conversations
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in the animal health or livestock sector – this could be from animal health sales, farm genetics, veterinary products, nutrition consultancy, or livestock production
- Solid understanding of livestock farming and animal health needs
- Previous success in a B2B, distributor-facing sales role is highly desirable
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative, supportive approach to sales
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: 10% annual bonus
- Company Car + fuel card
