The Position:
This Agricultural Lecturer job vacancy is based in Lincolnshire and will be working for one of the most prestigious educational facilities within the agriculture and land-based arena. They are looking to appoint a forward-thinking individual with a passion for farming and with current skills and knowledge in this area to teach on the agriculture programmes and course manage as necessary. You will also be expected to undertake applied research in conjunction with student projects with partner organisations.
The Candidate:
· Applications are welcome from candidates with experience of working within the farming/agriculture industry OR within agricultural education. A teaching qualification is not essential, but you must be willing to work towards one.
· Excellent communicator.
· Driven to help people succeed.
· Good organisational skills.
· Microsoft Excel and Word experience and skills
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience - circa £25,000 - £32,000 plus benefits . Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
