The Job:
This Managing Director / General Manager – Animal Health Supplies – Somerset job vacancy is working for a fantastic company that are looking to take someone on in this senior role to oversee and manage the entire business. This role will be an initial 6-12 months contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent role. This job position will involve the management of the organisations team of ten employees, improving the overall profitability of the business, increasing sales and margins for the business, dealing with any staff issues, etc. This job role requires someone with management experience within the agricultural arena, preferably within livestock / poultry.

The Candidate:
· Management experience within the agricultural arena, preferably within livestock / poultry.
· Excellent people management skills.
· The ability to understand the different company functionalities and processes.
· Must be commutable to the office in Somerset.
The Package:
Circa £45K - £50K basic! Plus SUPERB bonus, car / car allowance and full benefits package!
