The Job:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Membership Services Executive based in Lincolnshire. This full-time role is dedicated to supporting existing members, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring members receive an excellent level of service throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle membership enquiries and support both new and existing members
- Coordinate the member onboarding process and carry out sign-up activities
- Manage ongoing member engagement and respond to feedback
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure members receive accurate, timely services
- Maintain membership records and support seamless administration
