National Business Development Lead – Capital Machinery - Basic Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car + Home Based + Excellent Benefits Package!!!
The Job:
This is an exciting new position with a major international machinery manufacturer, who are experiencing a period of change and growth.
The main purpose of the role will be to direct, support and mentor the UK and Ireland sales team in business-to-business sales, with the aim of increasing revenue via a dealer network.
You will have at least 5 years’ previous experience in a senior sales role and demonstrated success in developing and maximising the performance of a dealer network. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be second to none and you will thrive on developing individuals within the team to reach their full potential.
You will be a strong and collaborative leader, strategic, with strong commercial acumen. Working autonomously, you will be self-motivated and disciplined, an excellent communicator and be willing to travel throughout the UK and Ireland when required.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Previous experience in a similar role – Ideally in capital machinery or automation.
• Qualified in business management or a similar discipline.
• 5 Years B2B sales experience, at a senior level.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Commercial acumen.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting information to colleagues and customers.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
• Good IT skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Full Driving Licence
• Passport holder.
