Nursery Grower (Soft Fruit) – Herefordshire
THE ROLE:
This Nursery Grower (Soft Fruit) – Herefordshire job vacancy is with a leading grower. Growing experience is essential. Reporting into the Propagation Unit Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day management of the Nursery sire, including all operations and growing. You will also be responsible for people management, irrigation management, climate management and coordination of pesticide spraying. You will work closely with agronomists as necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-respected and market leading grower, with excellent future career progression opportunities available.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Experienced in growing.
- Some people management experience.
- Pesticide knowledge.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
THE PACKAGE:
Starting salary: £25,000 - £32,000 basic, personal development and training, 23 days holiday per annum, loyalty scheme, pension, private healthcare after 12 months and a vibrant social calendar all year round. They look to continually promote from within!
