| To manage and develop all aspects of the oil distilling and production activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
				
				Supervise the shift distillery operations for oil production
				Assist in the delivery of the objectives for expansion and development of the commercial distillation facility
				Supervise and deliver the oil production targets
				Assist in the development of, implementation of and supervision of the distillery / oil production Health & Safety and Quality Control policies and procedures
				Manage distillery stock; including stock and site security, stock ordering, stock control, stock management and within profitability targets
				Assist/manage the rota for distillery staff
				Act as day to day line Supervisor for distillery staff
				Assist with unloading and storage of raw materials (includes manual handling)
				Operate farm/distillery equipment such as tractors/lifting equipment/conveyors etc
				Assist and manage shipping and dangerous goods paperwork and packing
				Assist and supervise  the maintenance and safe use of site equipment
				Manage and facilitate waste management policies and procedures
				Facilitate and develop improvements to waste management, in line with business development objectives
				Facilitate the daily implementation and management of ISO 9001 maintenance
				Assist with distillery development and expansion
				Liaise with clients when required
				Assist with chamomile/Lavender  production and farm events when required
				Engage in self-development; to improve knowledge and understanding of the products, their uses; all to benefit sales and business development.
				Managing personal time and productivity.
				Communicate and liaise with other Supervisors to facilitate the development of a profitable business
				Attend training as required by company to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
				Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of and appropriate use of equipment and site spaces.
				Manage and motivate staff engaged in the site work associated with the production and retail activities.
				Help train these staff according to company policies and assist in relevant HR procedures where applicable (appraisals, discipline etc).
				Liaise with and utilise support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required.
				Manage, maintain and report as necessary all merchandise and non-merchandise stock.
				Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures and fabric of site premises.
				Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and staff and customer awareness, according to company policy and relevant law.
				Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to Supervisors.
				Manage and maintain effectiveness of IT and other essential on-site systems.
				Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
				Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company
