Pack House Supervisor (Fresh Produce) – South East England – Salary Circa £25000 – Accommodation available + ongoing training!!
You will be responsible for a small packhouse team, overseeing operations, quality control and production outputs at this family run fruit farm.
Out of season the work is varied and may include maintenance of machinery and caravans, pruning, tunnel work and general husbandry jobs. Another language, Romanian, Bulgarian or Russian would be an advantage. If required, accommodation could be provided on the farm at a reduced rate.

The Candidate:
- Previous pack house experience.
- Experience of working with fresh produce is essential.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Enthusiastic and motivated.
- The ability to speak Romanian, Bulgarian or Russian would be an advantage.
