The Job:
We’re looking for an experienced Packhouse Supervisor to oversee day to day operations in a busy soft fruit packhouse based in Hampshire. You’ll be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring fruit is packed to spec, maintaining food safety standards and driving productivity across your shift. This is a hands on role ideal for someone with a background in fast paced fresh produce environments.

The Company:
Our client is a well regarded fruit grower and packer, known for their high standards and long standing relationships with UK retailers. Based in Hampshire, they run a modern and efficient packing operation during the harvest season.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience supervising within a packhouse or FMCG environment
- Background in soft fruit or fresh produce preferred
- Good understanding of food safety, traceability, and quality control
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Able to work flexibly during peak season
