Personal Assistant to MD - South Yorkshire!!
The Job Vacancy:
This Personal Assistant to MD vacancy is working for a machinery manufacturer at their UK base in South Yorkshire. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the MD’s diary, organisation of meetings, travel and events as well as general external communications. Build the social media profile of the business. Liaising with product support, employees, dealers and customers.
The Candidate:
- Level 3 in business related subject
- Experience of PA work at MD level for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience within a commercial environment
- Social media and marketing experience would be desirable
- Excellent IT and social media skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to speak / read German language would be an advantage.
The Package:
Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
