Poultry Farm Manager – Lincolnshire – Salary £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits!
The Position:
This Rearing Farm Manager is based on a highly successful farm in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the farm, health and safety, compliance and reporting, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a team. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under your own initiative and be a great team player, be responsive to daily issues and able to prioritise and offer solutions efficiently.

- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Living or happy to relocate to the Worcestershire area.
- Poultry related qualification would be an advantage.
