The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Farm Manager based near Lincoln. This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for overseeing the daily management of a poultry unit, ensuring high standards of welfare, productivity, and biosecurity are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the poultry unit
- Ensure high standards of bird welfare, health, and productivity
- Monitor performance and maintain accurate farm records
- Manage and support staff to ensure efficient operations
- Uphold strict biosecurity and compliance standards

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in poultry or livestock management
- Strong knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity standards
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead and motivate a small team
- A proactive and responsible approach to daily farm operations

The Package:
- Salary up to £32,000 Depending on experience
- Full-time position based near Lincoln
