Poultry Farm Manager – Norfolk
The Job Vacancy:
This Poultry Farm Manager job vacancy is working for a major UK organic poultry breeder and supplier based on their farm in Norfolk. You will ensure the poultry enterprise is running as efficiently as possible whilst adhering to all organisational procedures efficiently. You will be managing farm staff when required and will work to the highest standards to provide the best levels of poultry welfare to the livestock in your care. The Company:
Our client grows and processes free range and organic chickens and turkeys to RSPCA Freedom Food standards in unspoilt East Anglian countryside, while their purpose-designed processing centre, also Freedom Food approved, guarantees their birds continue to receive the utmost care.
The Candidate:
- Previous poultry farm experience, ideally at Assistant Farm Manager level.
- Good communicator.
- Team player.
