Product Manager – Pharmaceuticals / Human or Animal – Home Based UK – Salary to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Package
THE COMPANY:
A leading supplier of animal medicines to the Agricultural Trade Sector.
THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager within either the Pharmaceutical or Animal Health / veterinary sectors to manage and execute Marketing plans, and support in new product launches to the UK market. This is a home-based position, with travel throughout the UK.
· To lead product marketing strategies and product plans
· Responsible for respective product branding related tasks: promotion strategy, action plans, etc.
· Build and support close relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
Define the annual marketing plans
Provides input on new product development opportunities.
Translate the marketing strategy into activation plan.
Collect and analyse market data, analyse the market environment, competition, identified customers' needs and insights, integrate on-line and off-line approach.
Product pricing, gross margin and distribution performance management
Prepare and maintain a product roadmap for own portfolio, identifying and scoping product enhancement, through multichannel commercial activities.
Manage and control approved P&L budget, tracking of KPI’s and ROI of the different marketing activities, online and off line.
Guide and manage advertising and market feedback.
THE CANDIDATE:
Degree qualified in Marketing or Business-related discipline.
Knowledge and experience in either Pharmaceutical or Animal Health / veterinary sectors is essential.
Experience in a similar role.
Proven and solid Digital skills & data analysis capability.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Ability to build strong relationships (both internally and externally)
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: To £55,000 depending on experience + Car allowance + benefits Package
