Job description
THE ROLE:
Working for a major machinery and parts site in Essex, we are currently recruiting for a Production Manager/Mechanic with an agricultural background. This person needs to understand wheels settings, driving tractors and forklifts, but also welding, painting, tyre fitting, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs. Needs the ability to lead and motivate others, typically other lower level workers, as part of the team rather than a ‘level above’ in the hierarchy.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary: £35-40k basic , plus excellent overall package and benefits.
Must live within 30 minutes of ESSEX.
