Production Supervisor (Meat Products / Further Processing) - Ireland – Starting Salary Circa £45,000 dep on experience + opportunities for personal development and career progression!!
The Position:
A major producer of meat products (further processing) requires a Production Supervisor to oversee the production function as a whole. Responsible for providing a safe work environment, positive work culture, consistent product quality and cost-effective operations. These will be achieved through excellent procedure compliance and improvement, employee engagement in personal development, multiskilling, problem solving and continuous process improvements.
We are ideally seeking an individual with the practical processing experience (Line/Shift Leader, Supervisor currently), and the desire, attitude and ability to progress to a more senior role within a 3-year period. This is an excellent company, who will invest time and resources into developing this person into reaching their full potential as a Senior Manager.
The Candidate:
- Experience within food processing environment.
- Previous experience of managing staff.
- Able to solve operational problems and implement solutions.
- A good communicator – Verbal and Written.
- Knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
The Package:
Excellent Starting Salary Dependent upon the level of experience, + 3 year plan to move into a more Senior Role!
