Production Team Leader – Horticulture / Horticultural Nursery – Wolverhampton/Telford
The Job Vacancy:
This Production Team Leader job vacancy is working for a world leading horticultural brand. Working from its nursery in the Wolverhampton / Telford region we are looking for hard working team leaders to join this successful and expanding flower production team. Previous horticultural experience is not required we are looking for good team leaders, who are highly motivated and enthusiastic with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to given targets, costs and quality. The role is very varied in nature and will initially cover the running of teams and processes that involve the growing and despatch aspects of the business. The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous horticultural experience is not required we are looking for good team leaders, who are highly motivated and enthusiastic with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to given targets, costs and quality.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
- A good degree of manual strength and fitness is required to meet the demands of the job.
The Package:
A highly competitive starting salary is offered circa £21,000 - £25,000 basic, as well a superb full benefits package, including full training, 25 days holiday, etc, as well as excellent career progression opportunities!
