Project Manager – Agri Food – Cheshire Based (Flexible) – to Circa £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Future Progression Opportunities.
THE ROLE:
This Project Manager job vacancy is with a global consultancy service provider, working within the Agri/Food division. You will be responsible for liaising with clients to establish the project brief and presenting the service proposal to secure the business. To scope out the project, manage the resources and delivery of the project through to completion. You will be the primary contact for clients in delivering their project to achieve the desired outcomes and targets.
We are looking for someone, with 3-5 years min experience post graduate, ideally with Prince 2 qualification, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, creative, focused, with a good eye for detail and an excellent communicator at all levels. This is an exciting role that will offer the right candidate the opportunity to cover Business Development and Project Management & Delivery as part of their role.
There will be the need to travel internationally when required by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering current projects.
- Tendering for new business and following up new business leads.
- Develop and grow good customer relations.
- Solution focussed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to degree level – Business, Marketing or similar
- Experience within agriculture or food supply chain is desirable.
- Experience of analysing research data, drawing conclusions and interpreting the findings into recommendations.
- Commercial experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of competency in Microsoft applications.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary Circa £35,000 (dependant on experience) + Company bonus!!
