Key Responsibilities:
- Managing property transactions from start to finish
- Conducting legal research and preparing documentation
- Advising clients on property law matters
- Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
- Maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Skill and Knowledge:
- Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or willing to train in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
