Quality Assurance Manager – Bakery – Dublin – To £40,000 (pro rata) – 6 Month Maternity Cover
The Job Role:
My client is a global producer of Bakery products. This role will provide maternity cover for a period of 6 months at their production facility in Dublin. You will provide key support to the quality function, maintaining standards and quality management for the production process and products on site.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of not only the finished product but the production process, factory environment, enforcing the site’s food safety and hygiene policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to join a Global employer.
The Candidate:
- Experience of working within Food Manufacturing (Bakery is not essential)
- Experience within a QA or Technical role.
- Qualification in Food Science or Food Technology
- A good communicator, able to build working relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
- Working knowledge of HACCP
The Package:
To £40,000 p.a. (Dependant on Experience) pro rata
